This altogether more intimate atmosphere is ideal for families looking for a relaxed cooking experience, and the instructor and staff here make it easy to whip up a host of classic dishes with relative ease. After shopping for ingredients at Phra Khanong Market, you’ll get to cook a range of authentic dishes — interspersed with snippets of Thai cooking history and “neighborhood gossip and secrets”.
